The practice is operated by Leith Jensen, sole trader, based in Queensland, Australia.
Pricing and currency
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Conversion to your local currency is handled by your payment provider.
Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing.
Service delivery
Course access is granted on successful payment. Session times are confirmed by email after payment, with availability across international time zones.
Access codes and usage monitoring
Course access is provided via a unique access code issued to you. This code is for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
When you use your access code, your usage activity is monitored and logged. This includes login times, device information, IP address, pages viewed, time spent on course content, and the number of devices concurrently using your code. This monitoring serves two purposes:
- To detect and prevent unauthorised sharing of access codes
- To verify content access in the event of a refund dispute
You may use your access code on multiple personal devices (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop). If the same code is detected on more than four active devices simultaneously, it will be flagged for review as potential code sharing.

Refunds
Governed by the Refund Policy.
Force majeure
Where service delivery is delayed or prevented by circumstances outside reasonable control (illness, technology failure, internet outage, natural disaster), affected sessions will be rescheduled at no cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. Nothing here excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer protection law of your own jurisdiction where mandatorily applicable.
