Refund Policy

The Sovereignty Code course

The course is a digital product with immediate access on purchase. Where access has not yet been granted, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once access has been granted, the purchase is final.

Single sessions

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled time: full refund, or reschedule at no cost.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: one reschedule available at no cost.
• No-shows: non-refundable.

Session packages

• Before the first session has taken place: full refund available.
• After the first session has taken place: the package is non-refundable. Remaining sessions must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
• Validity extensions may be requested in genuine extenuating circumstances.

Total Transformation Package

• Before the first session: full refund available.
• After the first session: the package is non-refundable due to its integrated nature.
• Payment plan discontinuation: please contact me; arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

If I need to cancel

If I need to reschedule or cancel a session, you will be offered priority rebooking or a full refund for the affected session.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose described, you may be entitled to a refund, re-supply, or compensation regardless of this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@theneurodivergentintuitive.com with your name, the service purchased, and the date of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
