Personal information

Course usage data
When you access The Sovereignty Code course using an access code, the following information is automatically collected:
- Login activity: date, time, and access code used for each login
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and a general device label (e.g., "Chrome on macOS", "Safari on iPhone")
- IP address: recorded at the time of login
- Pages viewed: which course pages you visit and when
- Time spent: how long you spend on the course, measured by periodic activity checks while you are actively viewing course content
- Concurrent device count: the number of devices actively using the same access code at one time
Why I collect it
Personal information
Name and email: to book and confirm sessions, to provide access to course materials, to communicate with you about your engagement with the work, and (if you've opted in) to send occasional updates.
Phone number: to coordinate session timing across time zones and for direct contact if a scheduled session cannot proceed as planned.
Course usage data
Usage data is collected for two purposes:
- Preventing code misuse: access codes are issued for individual use. Monitoring concurrent device activity helps detect and prevent unauthorised sharing of access codes.
- Verifying content access: in the event of a refund request outside the standard refund window, usage data provides evidence of whether and to what extent course content was accessed.
Usage data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond those stated above.
How I store it
Personal information
Names and email addresses received through purchases are stored within Stripe (the payment processor used by this site) and in Leith Jensen's personal email inbox. No separate CRM or third-party marketing system is used. They are not shared with any third party except where required to deliver the service you have purchased.
Phone numbers are kept only on a locally stored, password-protected, encrypted device. Phone numbers are not entered into any cloud service, CRM, or third-party system. They are not shared with any third party under any circumstances.
Course usage data
Usage data is stored in a secure database hosted by Netlify. Access to this data is restricted to Leith Jensen and is protected by a private administrative key. Usage data is not shared with any third party.
Data retention
Course usage data (login activity, device information, IP addresses, page views, and time tracking) is retained for 12 months after your course access expires. After this period, usage data is deleted. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting support@theneurodivergentintuitive.com.
Personal information (name and email) held within Stripe is retained in accordance with Stripe's data retention policies and applicable tax/accounting obligations.
Payment information
All payments are processed by Stripe. I do not see or store your credit card or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment information: stripe.com/privacy
Sessions
Sessions are not recorded. I may take brief running notes during a session. These are not stored digitally and are not retained after the session.
Your rights
You can request access to information I hold about you, request correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing support@theneurodivergentintuitive.com.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right under GDPR to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to its processing. The lawful basis for processing course usage data is legitimate interest (preventing code misuse and verifying content access for refund disputes).
If you are located in California, you have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. This site does not sell personal data.
Marketing emails
If you receive emails from me, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

This practice operates from Queensland, Australia. The Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply.
